Program Options
Full-Time Care
is available Monday through Friday, from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
Part-Time Care
is available on a specific day basis with a requirement of a minimum of 2 days per week. Families may choose a set schedule with specific days of the week, such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Part-time schedules must be consistent each week to ensure proper staffing and classroom continuity.
Enrollment Fees
- $20 (per child) application fee to cover the cost of your tour and processing your application.
- $100 Enrollment fee per child to cover the cost of equipment, curriculum, and supplies.
Two weeks of tuition are due at the time of enrollment. This must be paid to hold your child’s spot within our program.
Tuition Rates
Tuition is based on a daily standard rate, with no rate differential between full-time and part-time care. We do not offer half-day rates. The daily rate covers up to 9 hours of care per day. If your child’s care exceeds 9 hours in a single day, an additional fee of $5.00 per child, per hour will be applied. This structure ensures that we can maintain appropriate staffing levels and continue providing high-quality care for every child.

Waitlist Information
Classes at The Farmhouse Early Learning and Development Center typically remain full throughout the year. To join our waitlist, parents/guardians must complete a waitlist application. Children are placed on the waiting list according to date of application and date of birth. Waiting list priority will be given to siblings of children already enrolled at the Farmhouse Early Learning and Development Center and staff’s children. Openings are filled from the waiting list as soon as they are made available. If an opening becomes available and the next family on the waiting list is not ready to start, the family can choose to pay for the spot until they are ready to attend or decline the spot and return to the waiting list. Due to the number of families on our waiting list, we can not guarantee a start-date at the time of application.
Internal Waitlist
An Internal Waitlist is kept for current students who wish to switch programs (i.e. changing from T/TH to M/W/F, moving from Full-time to Part time, etc.). Requests for program changes in the school must be submitted to the Director and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. The internal Waitlist will remain valid for as long as your child is an enrolled student at The Child Development Center.
